Neowin reports that Dell has a new lineup of monitors due out just before Christmas (in the U.S. at least.) The flagship model will be a 30" monster.
The monitor can be powered by a dual-link DVI connection and runs at WQXGA resolution (2560x1600). Response time is 14ms and its contrast ratio is 700:1. There's even a 4-port USB hub built in.
Now, does 2560x1600 sound like a decent resolution for gaming on that lovely 7800GTX or X1800? Hell yes, of course it does!
