Tesco into VoIP. But at what price?

Tesco reckons it's going to "transform the way we make phone calls and slash call costs with the launch of its internet phone service".

It also says,

Tesco internet phone is:

* Both easy to set up and simple to use
* A low-cost alternative to traditional fixed line telephones
* The must-have technology for 2006
