    I'll ignore the commode name - but I really can't believe there isn't a C64 emulator included?

whoever owns the rights to the Commodore name probably doesnæt have the rights to any of the IP or anything like that. Don't know if that would be a reason, but it might be

I would've thought so... I can't see Commodore doing anything 'shifty'...

Though I'm not sure there's actual rights as such, maybe a license agreement or something.

the license for the NES emulator could be cheaper than one for the platform they used to own? just a thought. Or it could just be a marketing decision, more people are familiar with nintendo and NES. Also the 'NES on a chip' console/controllers have been around for years, it could just be a lot cheaper to integrate that into the product.

The C64 was the worlds biggest selling home computer - (followed closely by the ZX Spectrum of course ) - so I'm sure they'd have found one or two people tempted by it if the emulator was included...

(I'd have probably got it for Parallax & Uridium ... and Monty On the Run of course!)
