    XMS Xpert gets a couple of gigs

    Gigs of RAM, that is. Corsair's very flashy XMS Xpert memory is now available in 1GiB PC3200 modules, meaning a dual channel setup will stretch to that lovely figure for system memory at the moment: 2GiB.

    PHP Code:
    $s = new signature();
    $s->sarcasm()->intellect()->font('Courier New')->display();

    I know I shouldn't want the 2GiB TwinX of this (I already run the smaller kit released last year, along with some other stuff), but I do.

    2 x 1GiB of flashy goodness to replace my 4 x 512MiB setup in my workstation......*saves up pennies, needlessly*

    I hope you enjoy them, but personally I never could see the point - it's like the Connection Machines. Sure the LEDs are for "diagnostics". Of course they are. We believe you; the fact that they can be programmed to show pretty patterns is just accidental... Good for people with case windows, and I'm sure the memory'll be good quality, it's just a sizeable premium for pretty lights .
