Playstation 3 hard drive to be sold seperately

Having Linuix on it is a very good idea tho. That wouldbe a good feature. Depends mostly on the price I spose. If they make it prohibitive then it won't do well - considering todays HDD prices

Yeah the xbox 360 is 20GB. But, we don't know how much storage space will be actually free. For example on the 360 you have 14GB not 20GB free, so the PS3 may also be clogged up with all sorts of stuff.

True but still even if it has 10gig of operating system its still 70gb - compared to 360's 14gb with rubbish on it

The 360's is a laptop drive, this might be a big bertha to cut costs, hence the size.

Also, I'm sure MS Will release a 40GB and 80GB hard drive for the 360... come september

I do feel slightly cheated with the space that i have on my xbox 360 hard drive, but after installing windows media connect on my pc and using it to stream music to my 360, i don't really need a huge hard drive after all
