    PS3 style controller coming to PS2 and PC

    A motion detecting controller will be available this summer on PS2 and PC.

    let's be fair here, there was *already* a "ps3 styled controller" for pc, about ten years ago - the microsoft sidewinder freestyle pro

    it sorta sucked

    To clarify, the pad looks identical to the PS3 controller and has the same motion tracking technology used in the PS3 controller.

    Did see a pic, but it has vanished into thin air.

    the sidewinder pro only did tilt technology (and was utter tat)

    i think this (and the ps3 one) has motion tracking so you can move it right, and it picks that up..

    Hmm, from the headline I thought that Sony might be selling and supporting it. As it is, this will die a death like every other odd controller released for the PC; because there's no central authority to mandate thier integration in games.

    I hope Microsoft integrate the 360 pads really nicely into Vista, and make there use much easier and widespread in PC gaming.
