Predict World Cup results to win 'Grand Prize' (well, a 30GB iPod)

Fancy pitting your wits against the rest of the planet - well the rest of the planet with internet connections - to predict the results in this month's World Cup in Germany? And grabbing a "Grand Prize" (a 30GB iPod, actually) if you come out on top?

Well, suprise, surprise, you can - and for free - thanks to a new site created by FIRM, a company that claims to be the world's leading provider of survey and reporting software for market research and enterprise feedback management (whatever that is).
Fancy having a go? Well, get the low-down in this HEXUS.headline.

In case anyone is uncertain, my initial take was that this could be a data-gathering exercise but I'm pretty confident it isn't - based on the background of the firm and what's said on the sign up page:

Here's what the sign-up page says:

I'll be entering a few World cup comps.

England to lose against Germany in the 1st round after group stages? Please God no, but I've got an inkling it could happen.

Oh, and for the record - I think I am going to have to take a moderatorial stance about racist remarks that concern the teams of Scotland, N Ireland and Wales.

I won't hear a word said against them or their supporters.

To ensure that happens, I'll just read any such postings without moving my lips!
