A US school has taken aim at Google with its legal guns, alleging that the search engine hacked into one of their servers and then harvested information, including social security numbers.[Winston-Salem Journal]...names, Social Security numbers and test scores of 619 students were still bouncing around the Web for people with computers to find and read until late Friday, when the page was apparently removed.
Sounds more like they're bricking it over the fact that there was some poor server configuration going on somewhere.
