    HEXUS.beans :: rockdirect due to unleash Conroe Hell?

    Rumour has it that the UK based notebook manufacturer rockdirect is planning to launch a performance notebook based around the next generation Intel Desktop part. Unlike the old Pentium 4 - heat isn't so much of an issue, with the Conroe processor being roughly half the TDP of its predecessor.

    Well, who wouldn't release a desktop replacement laptop with a conroe in rather than a pentium 4?
