    Incidently. Wii games are expected to retail at between £40-£50 in the U.K.

    I thought they would come in at 30/35

    Yeah, it's a bit ambigious because of the range of titles.

    The likes of Zelda are expected to retail at around £40-50, but re-vamped titles and some first party games may retail at £30-£40.

    Special editions will be the highest priced games.

    I've now amended the price range so people don't think all games are going to be really expensive.

    It will be a bit overpriced games for Wii, as we see for XBOX360 around 45£ and 50£. I was expecting Wii games be around 30£

    I guess they need to make some money, I expect that it costs lots more to make the console than £150.

    Makes sense though, not much point making people cough up loads for games that are crap (ping pals springs to mind..)

    i doubt that. nintendo have never sold a console at a loss, i don't see them starting now

    It's probably to cover all the actual bits of plastic you'll get with games that turn the controller into a sword, steering wheel, dance mat (?!) etc.
