I personally can't wait to play it
Also in the headline did you make a mistake by putting it will ship with episode 1?

Have you seen the trailer for TF2 yet? Looks mental, style is a lot like No One Lives Forever.

wow that does look truly stunning- certainly another dimension of play the FPS games could take advantage of.

Is this feature similar to what was mentioned in the prey preview posted yesterday?

The portal functions and room spinning in Prey is pretty basic compared to whats in that trailer.

I've been waiting for Team Fortress 2 for years now, biggest game for me, bigger than HL2 etc were

I still play TFC regularly, and an updated version would be amazing - especially if they finally include all the promised features.

The only thing that worries me is that Battlefield 2 has already done most of what was promised in TF2..things like the commander mode etc..but I guess TFC is more of an arcade like game anyway, you dont have the cool snipers, spies etc in BF2 do you, or the HWGs (thank god)

thank god, i thought i was the only one to see the similarity - really, every comparison i've seen so far references The Incredibles, it's as if nobody's even heard of NOLF

If you can't wait to play around with portals, you can learn a bit about the people who developed this idea (and now work for Valve) here.

Then you can download and play the demo that they made while students.
