And Mac's don't recieve as much spyware or viruses, neither does linux ^_^
I agree with him - 360 and PS3 dont bring anything 'new' per-se, just better graphics, and thats all it is when you cut it down. I admire Nintendo for attempting something novel with the Wii and I hope it works out for them.
What we share with everyone is glum, and dark...
Yes, I know both of these things, I was just having a joke :-POriginally Posted by tehsucks
(And FWIW, I choose to use a Mac at work and I intend to buy a Wii)
I certainly think the Wii is the only next generation console whose designers have thought out-side the box; the PS3 and Xbox 360 seem to just be enhanced versions of their predecessors, whilst the Wii is a concept which has been as yet untested on a global audience. Time will tell whether people will like/accept it, or dislike the new method of controlling in games, but I certainly think it has the capacity to do well if developers alter/design their games to use the motion-sensing technology, and not just port their games to Wii with standard controls.

I suppose it's understandable - a Mac user with a sense of humour is a rare thing.
lol @ reality distortion
Oh i just cant wait for the next grand theft auto game to come out. The graphics engine they've been using for over 5 years will look immense on the PS3. Not to mention that totally novel storyline of generic semi-mobster fighting the police and the rival gangs for control.
Gimme a break!
On a slightly sideways note - that article was an utter pain to read.
It has so many green links for so little text i didn't know where to put my mouse to stop the pop ups Those could do with fading much faster after mouse removal too. I love Hexus and appreciate the need for income to keep it running, but when my main desire is to close the window instead of reading the article something is not right.
Tough on mirrors, tough on the causes of mirrors.
