Hopefully you can tell the motherboards from the graphics card, but can you tell the models apart?

No. 3 I reckon is the Abit AB9-Pro.

1. The hynix 810A memory chips give it away as possibly the XFX 7900gs extreme.

2.3. I'll give everyone else a bit more time first ;)

2.Gigabite mobo i think but not sure of the model

Hate to break it to you mate, but Foxconn make a lot of connectors... not just motherboards :P

That is the chipset cooler from the DS3 so it must be at least gigabyte(they use it on a lot of boards). It also has the same solid state caps as the DS3 and in the same positions around the chipset HS. Looking at my board from the same angle they seem identical and I am not aware of any new releases that use the same cooler with solid state caps.

I'm going to go for the DS3 although the layout of the picture is the same as the GA-965P-S3 apart from the S3 has red caps

100% certain

The dead giveaway on 1. is the lack of the passive cooler found on the XFX 7950GT.
