about 2 at most on a modern motherboard, unless somehow you manage to shove the audigy and killernic into one slot along with the physx card.... geez hasn't anyone heard of PCIE?!?
Seems like a good idea, from what I know about cores etc(no expert I'll admit), it seems well suited due to the massive parralelism in GPU cores. Not much good for us nvidia boys though :P

On topic, I can't wait to see the potential that this unlocks... seems like a good reason for keeping my X1900XTX when I get the R600 or R620/80 :D.
