Now this is good news. Following in the footsteps of Guild Wars. Hopefully a few more developers will follow.

I noticed this in the PC games shop last week but didn't pick it up due to fees, definately worth taking a look now.

Been looking at a few reviews and it has been slated quite a bit by a lot of the big game related sites like Gamespot with scores around the 2 - 3 mark.

However, it takes time and updates to fix problems as we all know when it comes to PC gaming. Might see if theres a demo for this one before buying it.

As for the sub, I have ploughed through all the posts at the CM forums link, from what I can make out from Dec 4th there will be no more subscription charges taken at all.

Yeah, bad reviews. Perhaps I'll open my copy now and review it.

That would be cool Ste, get some time in on it and see how it fares over a week or so and give us the gen on it

Found out a bit more about the subs cancellation. If you buy the retail boxed version now you get the 30 days free play. At the end of the 30 days which takes you past the Jan 4th date you instantly go onto the free play and any sub that you may have to setup gets cancelled.

Yep, that's the one that I got. I know it takes a long time to get into so didn't think it was worth spending so much time reviewing. I'll get it loaded up and play it over the next couple of weeks.
