by by weekend....
Probably wait till Christmas to get it, but can't wait! Medieval's my favourite time period as well
my problem is this: I have Splinter Cell: DA, Pro Evo on the 360, Gears of War coming out AND MTW2 on the PC.
Im quitting work
I've reserved the collectors ed. but still undecided whether I'll shell out the extra dosh - I'll probably crumble when I get to the till though.
Noticed on the demo that the French have at last learnt how to deal with the quagmire at Agincourt - rode/ran straight across it - almost like it was solid ground. And isn't amazing how educated King Henry was - quoting lines from Shakespeare like that!
its out tomorrow
i dont like your mate
one of my sons took the call from Game. They said it would be £29.99 for the normal edition and he thinks that they said £49.99 for the collectors.
I should be able to restrain myself from getting the collectors, at that mad price, but I'm not 100% confident
It cost £45. I got it last night (in leeds everyone was selling it yesterday evening ) because I had £17 worth of points on my game card. Installed the game last night, looks nice
couldnt play much, had to go out training so gonna hammer it tonight
I would say that you are unlikely to like it.
You could download the demo to see if you like the battle part of the game - IMO M2TW looks a bit more cinematic.
The campaign map concept is not going to be too different from Rome: Totally Phwoar! (I think you mispelt it with a B ) apart from diplomacy.
If you're turned on by medieval stuff then might be worth a go.
