Oh dear, oh dear. We don't think someone getting hurt is funny, but this story of PS3 mayhem in the US tickled our ribs.

Why should they get anything, they weren't physically forced to do it?Quote:
It comes as no surprise that some of the wrestlers are suing Walmart.
ahh:D apologies for my mis-interpretation:)
The people with cases will win if they have any documentable injury. And quite rightly too, this is blatant negligence on the part of the manager and may even amount to incitement to riot. A similar thing happened at a Sony store in Boston.
These stores have known there would be a big rush on PS3s for some time. If they had any sense they'd have organised orderly queues or some other form of managing the demand.
it was negligence the part of the manager, not the company. but i suppose it will always take the fall. clearly, wal-mart stores across the US have not been repeating this practice, otherwise we'd be hearing a lot more stories about it.
Would loved to of known the thought process the manager went through , he is an idiot dead fishes would of been much fairer.
It prolly seemed like a really good idea the night before in the bar :D
It makes me laugh that after sony slagging ms off for the launch off xbox360 they can launch with so few units available for customers.
