I like the style! Very crisp.

The only gripe I have is with the position and shadowing of the "E". To me it just looks wrong in comparison to the other letters, especially the H which is both more prominent and brighter in colour.

Otherwise though the general style is great!

These were my first thoughts too, I also thought the old logo stood out a little more too.

Looks much better on the lighter background, especially when you see a direct comparison with the srubbishrubbishrubbishrubbishy dynamic sig

sigs will be fixed soon - IE7 and FF2 are annoying me at the moment due to the way the two of them do colour matching.
