$150 laptop coming to PCWorld anytime soon?

look at the countries its aimed at

Argentina, Brazil, Libya, Nigeria and Thailand

all of them suffer from MASSIVE crime, TERRIBLE corruption and a massive drugs problem.

Issuing laptops will not solve these issues nor help the country out.

eg; student gets £150 laptop, is mugged and killed, muggers sells laptop for £100 to buy drugs.

The countries need to sort out the fundermentl reasons they are in the mess they are in before this sort of effort/budget is wasted.

Give a child a laptop and his family will melt it down and recoverthe gold and other
valuable metals.

I think people underestimate the importance of information. If you are over the age
of about 22 you should be able to appreciate how much easier gaining information is
now we have the internet. I wouldn't know half the stuff I do about computers without
it, let alone other things I have no real interest in but are useful such as plumbing.

Turn on the computer put triplelay overhead manifold sprocket in google and you can
maybe find out what it is.
