Nintendo - The official word on the Wii launch

Nintendo have released some impressive figures for the first week of Wii launch.

Its true, even my dad 60+, never been interested in games consoles before has pre-ordered one hoping to get it for christmas. I used to try and make him play snes/mega drive/N64 when i was a kid but he was never interested. Personally i hate consoles now, i'm too much of a PC geek to play games, i'll stick to Counter-Stike 1.6 I think.

Its great to see Nintendo becoming huge again back in the day of Nintendo v Sega!
