Hasn't this been in development longer than Duke Nukem Forever? I might be thinking of something else though.

Think it's been in development for all of time.

Isn't this the third gen of their game engine too?

Maybe one day this millennia it'll come out (I was really looking forward to it)

Like Kempez says I was looking forward to this, in a different age of man. The 360, PS3, Wii, and about 17 generations of GPUs have arrived since then, and I forgot about this game several years ago.

How can they STILL be arseing about with it? Might as well just write a letter of apology for being so utterly incompetent to everyone, and then give up. Kindest thing for everyone invovled.

    Ye of little faith.

The gameplay and atmosphere should be what's killer about this game, and the ability to run it smoothly on a less than stellar rig could be a bonus as well.

When Prey is concerned its like this; Slipknot and Stone Sour. I love Slipknot and I hate Stone Sour.

I only listened to Stone Sour for Corey Taylor and Jim but hearing them makes me want to hear Slipknot but its not Slipknot so Stone Sour made me feel sick.

So with Prey, it feels and looks like Doom3 but its just not so it makes it off-putting to play.

I too, was also watching this game and by my count, its been delayed at least five times.

Also, I have three videos of this game showing combat, the environment and one is documentary style video about ten minutes long.

P.S. A lot of the mutants look crap and people in the game also look rubbish.

But I'd still like to play it and if they throw in a Co-op mode as well.. [ wets-self] ...oh dear, I had better go and get cleaned up
