Saw some game like this on Tarrant on TV, no doubt he was featuring that Japanese game show where they do stupid things to themselves, can't remember what it was called. They didn't win a Wii though, they got through to the next round. Oh well done.

I cycled across Vietnam on a charity bike ride and we did 120kms on the longest day. Stopped every 20km or so to eat crisps and refill our water bags with Lucozade Sport (and have a proper lunch in the middle). Must have drunk at least 8 litres of it that day. Didn't pee any of it out during the whole day, didn't sweat any inordinate amount, and urine wasn't bright yellow at the end either. It's amazing how your body can function.

Now, of course, I only have to drink 1 cup of tea in the office and I'll be off to the loo for 5 minutes or so. Strange how now I need to spend time away from my desk...
