Sony aspire to have 30 games for PS3 launch line-up

There are some great games in Sony's launch line-up and it's looking like we'll have around 30 titles to choose from.

    Check out the Headline

Have you played Oblivion? If not, it's great if you like that sort of game.

    Also, Motorstorm is excellent.

Nice big list there, a better choice and more quality than was avalible for the 360 PAL launch, but, by the time you remove the average stuff, the stuff thats been out on the 360 for ages, the stuff thats basically the same game as on the 360 but with online play removed, that Sony are apparently hoping noone will notice (while charging the same ammount for the game of course) and the like, you are left with 4\5 worthwhile games.

Which is enough to be going on with. I seem to remember saying there will be enough to be going on with a few months back, while others were screaming 'zomg it has got no gAmes!11'

MotorStorm, Fall of Man and maybe Oblivion for me. Never caught that on the 360 and the PS3 version is improved.

Virtua Tennis 3 can do one. Shame on anyone that buys it. You might as well have 'mug' written on your face in mug juice.

Buy the PC version, it's an awful game unless you throw on a gigs worth of mods.

One of those games that really screams out "dumbed down for the console market".

That it a pretty big list, but I'd expect that seeing as it would've been out quite a while in the rest of the world. Wasn't a great deal of time between US and Europe release of the 360.

Nah, the PS3 version of Oblivion is worth getting in it's own right. Trust me

Unless they took out the leveled enemies system I really doubt it

Hey look bandits....wearing daedric armour...why do they need to be bandits if they have that much money?

I actually canceled my pre-order. There were no releases that really caught my imagination. I played oblivion and got bored of it on the 360. Motorstorm looks good, but not good enough for me to get a console for. I will give it 6 months or so and see what is out. My 360 was a reflex purchase and only really got used after the first six months of having it! Deffo need it for FF13 though.

6 months time would be a better time to buy the PS3 than now, yes. But where's the fun in that?

Thats something sensible that Hex would do. He uses pie-charts to work this stuff out.
