Mesh Laptop and incompetence

I bought a laptop from Mesh just over a year ago now and in the past 2 months it has been back to the workshop 3 times with the same problem.

I have spent two days on the phone to try and speak to someone with authority about a replacement or a refund.

I will bring this thread to the attention of Mesh, I would like to know how it pans out and how you get on.

Please remember we have done a review of a system and are interested to hear how customer service occurs within Mesh.

see I would complain about this, but its only from one person with a bad experience, and this might be an unfair representatioin or whatever. So I thought I'd google and see what everyone else thought of Mesh...

I supose its some conselation (sp?) that I'm not the only one that had a bad experience.

EDIT: I would like to say that not all their service seems to be bad...its just seems very vaired...some lucky...some not so lucky
