Small in size but big on appeal, according to Corsair. Find out what we think.

It would be interesting to see how the 4GB version performs as a Readyboost drive with Vista - in fact, a 'Readyboost Shootout' with a laptop and lots of different 4GB USB flash drives would be very useful - how about it?

So what's the advantage of something like this where 'performance isn't an issue' and my little SanDisk MicroSD adaptor? Is it that much cheaper? 'Cause I can get an 8GB version for around £16....and it's upgradable, which is a category killer as far as I'm concerned.

What's the performance difference, do you think?

    IBM,

It's still relatively speedy at reading, average around 30MB/s, and I'm reasonably sure than a cheap microSD card won't be able to do that. It's also rugged, for what that's worth.
