And a pair of crossfire 4870X2s.
Ultimately disappointing, but I'm not surprised. They might have got SLI right on the dual GPU scenario now, but it really doesn't extend in quite the same way with the third and fourth.
So who's planning to buy 1 or 2 of these? lol

Why is there no 4870 X2 in crossfire as well? Or even 4 4890s in Quad crossfire? Not a very good comparison imho
I think for this one time Crysis/Warhead should of been in there.

To all those saying this card is useless, the purpose of this card is to break overclocking world records, not to play games. To push the boundaries of the chip and the architecture, to find the breaking point. Not for everyday use.

Isn't it boring waiting for DX11 to sweep us of our proverbials!!! What's the point in filling the void with single card revamps at double the price of a readily available SLI solution!!!

no CF 4870 x2, no SLI GTX295 (and PS the GTX295 is downclocked GTX275s in SLI, though the 275s came out after)

pathetic IMO.
They couldnt complete all desired tests as they had passed out due to a massive e-peen erection - this is a known side-effect of being in the same room as an ASUS ROG MARS graphics card.

Disastrously disappointing. The most powerful card in the world, let's test it playing COD4...
Crysis, Cryostasis, Stalker Clear Sky, GTA4, to name a few, all missing, as are any relevant competitors.
Let's hope another benchmark site got hold of one and did the job properly.
