Logtiech? ;)
I still think this is too pricey to be honest... I'm a big fan of Logitech, and always look at them first when I'm picking a new peripheral, but £70 for a keyboard?
If you're not casting, macro buttons aren't that useful, and personally I'm not so indecisive that I can't pick which colour I want my backlight to be before the keyboard itself actually arrives. So I'm sure some people can see the value there, but I don't think I do. And even if you are interested, I think they're charging a lot of money for those features over your typical keyboard.
I agree with you snooty, i did enjoy my g15 and i grabbed that for £40 so how £70 for this without the little lcd display is right is beyond me.
I have turned back to MS though, needed cash quick so sold keyboard for £50 used my old MS cheapo keyboard and after years of use it died to a cup of soup :(, replaced with a MS Sidewinder x6 and god is this a great keyboard!. Mines faulty but i got a refud fro the seller and MS are sending a replacement now (a good if not better than Logitech, no bad CS from either), but what works is great.
However if this came out at something like <£40 i can see it replacing the g11.
Considering the G11 is now £26 at a certain SoT retailer, it's difficult to see how they can charge £70 for a couple of audio sockets and fancy colours.
Waaaaay too pricey for me.
Logitech G15 (version 1) still going strong here, no requirement to upgrade yet by looks of this review :)
G15 version 2 can be had for £60 - £70 from most places. This seems a rip off. Although a good product, price is silly. Should be £35 - £40 instead.
