Nothing of note these days. If you use Windows 7 then the TRIM command comes into play and keeps the drive working nicely after months of use.
OCZ also has a piece of software called Toolbox. It enables you to 'optimise' the drive in various ways, but this program is aimed at the initial setup rather than long-term maintenance.
