I really wish i could warrant parting with all that money. I had a play with it in the scan store and it felt like such a lovely keyboard to use. Even though i was only messing with it for a minute, disconnected from an actual computer, i totally fell for it. Some other other features and how they effect the experience of using this device is really going to make it difficult for me to resist...
If it drops below £100 from a reputable seller i reckon that will be me sold!
I'm considering getting the standard one. 130 quid is way more than I'm prepared to pay for a keyboard and the Ultimate features aren't anything I want.
I agree with the reviewer. I want a clear font on my keyboard. I use my PC for work as well as games so I want it to be functional rather than fancy.
The USB and audio connections I can live without quite easily and I don't like backlit keyboards.
So the £66 from Scan standard version is perfect.

Before anyone spends this type of money, try out a Filco Majestouch. When used via PS/2 you get full N key rollover for you gamers or fast typers. The Keyboard Company.
I bought a Blue Switch version last year. Love this keyboard so much. The action is really excellent. Worth checking out. Although not cheap at £114.
ps I am in no way affiliated with the guys at Keyboard Company. Just found them very helpful.
Dunno really, my motherboard is ~ 3 years old and has 2. but the new Gigabyte Z68X-UD4-B3 in the current competition has one PS/2 port.
Anyway the keyboard I mentioned comes as usb, but you can use one of those converter thingies to use it via a PS/2 port to get full rollover or just use via usb and get the standard 6 key rollover.
