    Post Shuttle's SB61G2 v3.0 XPC

I've recently taken over the SFF reins at HEXUS, keen to dip my toes into the tiny box water. The first output from my new task is a review of Shuttle's recently revised SB61G2, now up at the version 3.0 mark. A nip here and tuck there are all it takes for Shuttle to bang out a new version. Here's a snippet.

It's a tidy, polished implementation of a well trodden concept, with the odd rough edge here and there. But nobody else does a Pentium 4 SFF box quite like Shuttle, with the SB61G2 v3.0 one of the best. A price of just under £200 inc VAT in the UK should see good sales.

Recommended if a P4 XPC is what you're after and you don't fancy splashing out on the RefleXion or an SB75.
At the time of publishing, it looks like it might be closer to £180, so keep your eye out.

    Check it out here.

Great review, in the photos I noticed the SB61G2v3 has the newly designed ICE system heatsink, any chance of some pics of it to see the differences with the old one?

I hope these are OK. One is from the review, showing it naked, the other three I took quickly just now. If you need any more, let me know.

Wow thanks didnt expect such a quick reply, do you notice any better thermal dissipation with this heatink and do they still include that noisy sunon fan?

I believe the front daughterboard cabling is redesigned to right? Looks really clever.
