    Far Cry

Not only are the graphics great, the physics are wonderful too. Far Cry is a testament to getting the physics of a game right. Crytek must have put some serious work into this and they’ve opened up gameplay opportunities that serve to enrich the game ten fold. Now, rather than just shoot the baddies from afar, why not shoot the bar of that cage holding those barrels, then watch with glee as the barrels roll down the hill and crush the baddies.

    Once again, spot on..
I love Nicks gaming reviews, they see the game as a gamer sees it!

I thought the review was fantastic, just the way I thought about the game although you did exagerate just slightly on the AI, sure they sometimes magically know your location but it doesn't happen very often and I haven't noticed anything like getting caught on trees, you sure Nick was using the latest patch?

I encountered a visitor to our office today that hadn't seen this game at all and then saw it running on my 9NPA+ Ultra with XP4000+ with X800XT with full Aniso and Anti-A switched on and couldn't believe it was a released game - he thought I was running some sort of government secret!!!

Watercooled with Waterchill and at 2.8GHz with more than 600/600 on clocks and a 3DMark hitting 32,000 the visitor from another "cheaper" motherboard company based in our town didn't know quite what was happening!
