Of course, there's no guarantee that the card sticks to PCie specs, but if it does the maximum power it can draw would be 300W.
Personally the fact "No faster than GTX 980 Ti" assures this will not be considered for the next PC. It's 1080 brother does look fantastic though, albeit over £700 @ Scan.

Would imagine GBP crash against the dollar in the last couple of weeks has put the kybosh on that. At today's exchange rate, an $850 card comes out at £640, two weeks ago it would have been £590 :/Quote:

With new architecture around the corner, I'd be exetremely hesitant about buying any 10** card unless it gave an insane bang for buck.
