Does it support any version of linux?
Re: AVerMedia Live Gamer 4K (GC573)
How much CPU does it use to stream or capture to Hard Drive? That's the main thing for me - I've had an Avermedia live gamer HD and now Elgato game capture HD60 pro, where the Elgato supports 1080p/60 to the Avermedia's 1080/30 but the Elgato software uses 15-25% CPU when its not even recording or streaming ("Flashback Recording" disabled), which I am told is "normal" by support. When recording to the HDD so you can save later with flashback enabled its only 2-3% higher CPU usage which seems silly. When you're playing on a 64 player battlefield 5 map you can def feel not having that CPU available.

Wow, makes you wonder what the hardware is for if it just offloads all the heavy lifting onto the CPU. I'd only be buying a card like this for a great big ASIC that does all the work so the CPU doesn't have to.
