Nice review but it's a shame that Samsung TCCD chips are apparently no longer being produced either now, so supplies could be drying up in the near future if reports are correct.

it would be great if you could add, ocz vx to the comparison, and give its max at 2-2-2-5 and at any latency, something which hasnt been done, on the same board and what its max mhz is.

I understood that they were still being made in limited volume & that Corsair had an exclusive contract to buy the lot?

Were these running 'to hot to touch' ? I'm a little concerned about the size of the overhang on the corsair modules - could be blocking off airflow for the high end clocks?

What happened to the Patriot XBLK PC3200 TCCD RAM???

I would have liked to see this RAM in the shootout! Just to see how this RAM compares to the others in the group.

The reason for asking was that it is supposedly very high performance RAM and i have some, it is also relatively cheap (and guaranteed to run at 533 PC4200 at quite tight settings). You can pick up these for about £150 plus postage atm!

Yep I have two sets of Patriot XBLK memory, I know one set will do 290fsb at least, the other set I've not test yet as it's just come back from being rma'd.
