Could do with fan RPM label next to the noise level - you mention swapping them out, but if they're only louder because they are spinning faster, it makes sense to just turn em down. If each cooler has their own fan profile, then they all should have the actual fan speeds listed next to the noise.
Warranty spooks me. But nice looking huge block for AMD
