That door does make it stand out from the crowd, considering how many WaveMaster-a-likes are around now, I wonder how long it will be before someone else has an attempt. Its nice to see a stylish, but unstuffy case that needs neither windows or lights to look dynamic.

Tempting, but I've still got my eye on the Praetorian 730 (yes I'm a Coolermaster case fan*)


*no pun intended, I also swear by 120x38mm DTB fans.

The Stacker 830 is a great case, even their cheaper lines have a unique sense of style.

Interesting case, but those doors would be far too fiddly for me considering where I have to store my tower.

the water cooloing holes, with cut through sides and grommets are inspired.

the output/USB etc headers on the top are absolutely brilliant.

but the best thing I've seen for a lot long time is the hard drive bays roated 90 dgrees, so the leads face you when you take the side off AND thaty gives you room for a longer video card.

That case is very very nice. The doors intrigue me, but mean nothing special in install terms.

Orange? hmm....I'd rather it was brushed alloy or stainless, but then I'm an old boy

It restricts the airflow quite a bit though doesn't it?

and the doors themselves have magnets set into them to provide a solid seal when closed.

Hopefully not strong enough to be a problem for any floppy disks left in when the doors are shut!

Many cooler master cases have the rotated HD cages. The centurion for example. I hate it. The airflow restriction is terrible and so the fan in front of it makes a lot of noise. I took it out and put my HD in one of the FDD bays. That helped airflow a lot and I cut 5*C from my gfx temps and 3 from CPU

now that you guys mention that, that lower front does look painfully blocked/obstructed. Normally you can get away with only one or two HDD and the air goers between, but there its all alloy casing.

I withdraw that statement....cheers for pointing it out. Had just not occured to me!

there is a 120mm fan in the front next to the HDD's and there is plenty of airflow space at the front for the fans to cool the drive.

The mystique is also available in silver with a blue insert instead of the black/orange.

Although I prefer black cases, silver n blue sounds better to me
