Probably a health and safety thing...

...and make sure you use different chopping boards for cooked and raw meats.

Red = Raw Meats
Brown = Cooked Meat
Blue = Fish
White = Produce
Green = Salad/Veg

Did my chef training pay off then? Or have I got it wrong? (Bear in mind, I did my training about 4 years ago - and no longer work in a kitchen!)

Ever tried deep fat fried cookies, Shorty? Lovely... :D

We went through a phase of deep fat frying everything we could. We were asked to stop after the mouse though... :(

I've tried deep fried mars bars - now they're GOOD :D

What? It was nice though... It was only when my manager saw me eating it in the kitchen that he asked us to stop! He wouldn't of known otherwise! :P

You gotta fry it really fast though, otherwise it'll melt like a mars bar.

Was that the cookie or the mouse?

The chocolate mouse. I should of made a piece of string tail to make it look like it was real!

He weren't too happy as it was though... :rolleyes:
