Page layout messed up/adverts hiding drop downs

Check out the screenshot - first the banner add is hiding drop down menus, secondly the central column is out of alignment with the edge columns, thirdly the search bar eats into the drop down.

Can you do CTRL+F5 to see if it fixes the layout

Re the banner hiding behind the drop down - I am on it..

    Negative result.

The banner is now *intermittantly* behind the drop downs (some adverts are, others are still on top), but the columns are still skewed.

eg: xfx banner is behind, scan one is infront.
