Hey guys, nice touch for Octobers Breast Cancer awareness month.

I like the ribbon, but it seems out of place where it is, I think because the logo has a drop shadow on it and the ribbon is looking a little flat without one. A higher res one would look a bit better too...

just my 2p.

its not quite that simple...

The logo has to go across multiple skins on the forum and the main site, which also means re-saving the bacgrounds across all channels and re-doing the logos.

Most of the images on the site are PNG's and adding colour changes the pallettes in weird ways which means you get a complete colour mismatch to other images you had already.

Whilst I would like to put a shadow on it there are plenty more aspects to think about, besides, like the dairy milk gorilla advert the 'poor' image we have now got you talking

I was asked for my opinion, and I gave it... I just wouldn't let something like that pass my stringent QA and it certainly wouldn't pass my designers'!

It's just all unbalanced with the logo, thats all. It's a bit out of proportion and the lack of shadow makes it look a bit flat and "out of place".
