    Forums Problems

    I keep getting this:
    "Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /usr/home/customers/hexus/forums.hexus.net/www/includes/functions_search.php on line 197"

    When I try to post a new thread in the Hexus.Hardware section using both Opera 9.2 and IE7.

    "Is this a good, cheap intel overclocking setup?

    Gigabyte GA-P35-S3L, Pentium Dual Core E2160 and GeIL 2GB PC2-6400

    CPU: Computer hardware and software at amazing prices, available online from Scan Computers UK
    Mobo: Computer hardware and software at amazing prices, available online from Scan Computers UK
    Ram: GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit (GX22GB6400UDC)

    I have read some pretty good things about the new pentiums, most seem to be able to reach at least 32ghz+ on a P35 mobo and that Gigabyte one seems to be one of the chaeper ones out there, and is the component I am most unsure about, if anyone can reccomend another cheap P35 mobo then please do."

    That is the title and content of what I was trying to post.

    We have tried most things, however no need to 'guess' - if you have a proper idea sure fire it in!

    Ah right, sorry, I thought it may have been an in-built filter to make sure no generic crap was posted.

    The error is similar to an error that comes up when you search another forum I belong to for a common phrase. It gets too many hits and falls over.

    Odd

    Taking Good out of the title seems to have worked, which is one hell of an odd error, hope you get it sorted at some point.

    Re: Forums Problems

    line 197 on functions_search.php will show you why. the script was using around 66MB of ram

    These seem to be the offending lines
    PHP Code:
        while($post $vbulletin->db->fetch_array($posts))
        {

    $wordlists[$post['postid']] .= " ,$post[wordid],";

    $postscores[$post['postid']] += $post['score'];
        }

    I know where it is thats not the problem, the issue is the problem actually comes from one of a massive amount of mods we have applied.
