Can U get adverts to load last ?

It may be adverts, or some other stuff, but clicking on the page below makes me wait for adtmt or some such. No idea what it is, but I do see it often and am assuming its an advert (??)...

Suppose their server is playing up, do we always have to wait for whatever it is to load, or could a script be added somewhere to make this the last item to load... This way we'd see the page contents.
