Aside from the amusement value of pissing off anyone who just had their post count knocked below 1000 due to reclassification of certain spammy threads.. I don't think it's a good idea.

It'd be like saying Hexus is a forum for everyone but only if you keep your posts below 1000 - if you're younger or easily offended then you have to leave after 1000 posts.

What, they didn't ask you into the '>1k Club Forum?' Weird, I was invited in as soon as I hit 1,000 posts and I only had to roll up one trouser leg and learn a complex handshake.

I could do without the toilet attendants but the complimentary cologne bottles and marble interior throughout won me over. Now excuse me, I have a port and cigar to finish and, comfortable though this armchair is, the Times isn't going to read itself, is it?
