Hexus.net footer (Terms, conditions and privacy information)

Just spotted this ...

The "Terms, conditions and privacy information." in the footer of the Hexus.net site (all sections) isn't linked to anything; I'd generally expect to see that text point to a relevant page containing said information. Seems like something's gone missing.

Just bumping this thread as I'm curious as to why this isn't an issue?

We have standard terms and conditions which are part of all of this - I will make sure that we link to this within the text body as you have requested.

lol no, not an issue for me at all.

I just became curious whilst building a client's website (was looking for an example of what sites have) and noticed that I couldn't find the Hexus privacy policy or terms and conditions. Thought that was a bit odd.
