If I visit the Hexus forums by typing my shortcut in "hx" I end up on forums.hexus.net and I'm logged it. Yet if I navigate to Hexus by clicking on a link to a subscribed thread from my Gmail then I have to login every time. Why is this and what can I do to fix this? It is quite annoying as I often come to Hexus forums via a link in my Gmail for a thread I'm subscribed to.
Using Opera 9.51 with Opera set to ask me if I want to accept cookies. I accept any from Hexus forums when I login.
I haven't encountered this, but then i don't have Opera set to prompt me for cookies and actually, i very rarely follow links to get to the forums, i just go straight to "New Posts" (http://forums.hexus.net/search.php?do=getnew) from the Speed Dial.
Sounds like there is a problem with Opera. Might be an idea to take a look at their forums to see if it is a recognised bug that others are seeing.
Hmm could be. I will take a look. I just hate doing so because the way to describe the problem can be so varied it could be under anything.
Opera 9.52 could be out soon so I will wait for that and see.

I hope 9.52 is out soon, there are a feww little annoyances for me in 9.51.
For instance, if you hit ctrl+i in the quick reply box, it enters the italics tag, but puts the cursor to the top of the text box. Little things like that annoy me.
Yeah I get that. That happens if I type in icon codes.

Just tried Ctrl + I for italics on Hexus. The italics tags appear and the cursor moves to between the italics tags! Not to the beginning.
