Dodgy Adds showing in HEXUS.gaming

Specifically HEXUS.MMOG.

I'm getting an add for a company called PlaySpan MarketPlace, a company that sells in game virtual items/currency. I can't see the add in the source but the image location is:

I hope it gets removed soon.
