Komplett still listed on HEXUS trust?

What are Komplett (UK) still listed on the trust retailer list - does not inspire confidence in the data validity...

The service provides historical data on etailers rather than it being a list of 'active' resellers.

I will speak to development and see if we can get a green or red circle next to etailers showing active or inactive ones.

Komplett UK do not currently sell any more in the UK, but they have an active support and still deal with RMAs.

Like I said - it makes the data pointless, in fact less than pointless as it makes you question the validity and accuracy.

Looking at historical data is fine but when you look at in the context of information that would be of benefit to potential customers it's worthless.

For example I want to return something I bought from them, so what....who cares anymore...!

It needs to be filtered to allow "meaningful data" for the consumer - by all means allow for data archive, but IMHO it should be for active retailers with access to obsolete inactive retailers via a filter as explained by DR.

I wasn't disagreeing mat-ster, simply pointing out that they are still dealing with returns. If someone was to post their RMA time, it may help others gauge how long they are taking for example.

There is always value in the information - we are going to be revising some stuff on HEXUS.trust soon so watch this space.

All information thats true, has value. The problem is presenting it in a way thats useful.

For this it would almost be worthwhile having an "archive" or something, as i tell my dates, less is always better, you don't want to overload someone who is looking at the site/info!
