URL parsing quirk

As posted in the Scan forum:

Now you have the product name in the URL, any chance you could drop the special characters from the end of them?

auto link parsing on the forums drops thing like ')' and '!'

A prime example is a post by david which he ninja edited to give an alternative URL.

but here we go, this is just one problem item: http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/Aten-...-the-same-time!

I've seen this with loads of other URLs and it's a bit of a pain really.

I guess it is a vB issue, but just in case there is something you can tweek...
