This is a corporate Pc so malware is unlikely, and I'm only getting them on Hexus.

OK I've pretty much narrowed this down to the agency in question so I'll ask some questions about it tomorrow.

Two more this morning. Both Flash one took me to http://www.facebook.com/snickers, the second was for 3M. I assume that my work's US ISP is the reason for the US-based ads.

Yes that's part of it and what helped me figure it out, I'm waiting to hear back from somebody about it

Actually that's a point. The first time this happened I was on a Chevron platform, I don't know how their network/internet is structured, but ti could be routing through the US.
