This is at work and I presume it is the client installed on this PC that is intercepting the page request from IE. I don't think we have server side filtering or anything like that here.

This happens on every link from the forums.

go.hexus.net is dying for me anyway, it takes 5 or so refreshes to get it to actually forward to the link that it is supposed to, been going on for 4 or so days now

can you get on the main sub-domain? http://go.hexus.net/ (i'm presuming not)

I'm guessing it's just because it's a redirection service. I've had no end of fun with our proxy/firewall at work: couldn't translate sites trying to plan a business trip to Germany due to anonymizing tools, can't donwload from UK Mirror Services, software couldn't autoupdate... cloud computing is all well as good until it goes wrong and you can't fix it yourself!

Thanks DR. This makes for a very frustrating experience. I haven't read or contributed on any of the main site or channel posts in the past couple of days because of this. Yes I know I could go to them directly, but that isn't the way I use the site/forums, I'll just go do something else instead
