umm i can do DCT4 fones, just unlocked a 3510i, thats a DCT4 type 2...like i said before any fone can be unlocked if you have the codes...if they couldnt how could network operators do it for you without you sending in your fone. even the t28s can be done remotely, but i dont have the codes for them ;/
Not any phone. A Sony Ericsson can't, for example.
yes they can..you just need the code generators. I dont personally have them but it can be done, vodafone sent me a code to unlock my old t68i a few months back. the software flashers/unlockers work in the exactly the same way, they just input codes =)
Considering there are a lot of specialist phone related forums already out there, and the legal risks to HEXUS along with the opportunity for abuse (as Deckard said), I don't think it's too good an idea.
Mobile phone questions are welcome providing they're legit questions, but in my opinion a dedicated forum section wouldn't be a step in the right direction
